Students have 30 days from the date of their first class to complete their purchase if it is specified as an “in 30 days” purchase. Classes must be started within 7 days of purchase UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO PRIOR TO START DATE.

NO MORE THAN 2 ADDITIONAL WEEKS WILL BE GIVEN TO COMPLETE A PURCHASE IF STUDENT HAS TO MISS CLASS FOR ANY REASON. COMMUNICATION IS KEY, IF YOU HAVE TO MISS CLASSES FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME NOTIFY ME ASAP. IF A STUDENT HAS UNUSED CLASSES AT THE END OF THEIR TERM AND NO NOTICE IS GIVEN WITHIN 1 WEEK OF THE END OF THE TERM THEIR CLASSES WILL HAVE EXPIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. 

If reasonable excuse is given for missing classes, students will be given 6 months to complete their unused classes before they expire. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
