TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchases & Start Dates
Students have 30 days from the date of their first class to finish the amount of classes they purchased IF it is specified as an “In 30 Days” purchase. Classes must be started within 7 days of purchase UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED PRIOR TO START DATE. No more than TWO ADDITIONAL WEEKS will be given to complete a student's term of classes if student has not attended classes for any reason. Communication is key; if you have to miss classes for a prolonged period of time, notify me ASAP.
If a student has unused classes at the end of their term of agreement and no notice is given to the Coach within ONE WEEK of the end of their term, THEIR CLASSES WILL HAVE EXPIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. If a reasonable excuse is provided for missing classes, students will be given an additional 6 months to complete their unused classes before they expire. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The exact same terms apply to the Coach, if I have a booking, or an audition request and class is cancelled it won't count against you. If unforeseen issues occur that cause a class or classes to be postponed, there will be no refunds given as classes will resume swiftly once resolved. I offer the same allowances to students as I request for myself. We all have families and life happens. As long as reasonable effort is made to get classes, privates, training back-on-track for both parties allowances will be accepted. Please be aware of this obvious but necessary item in the policy, as there ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment of any sort will not be tolerated and the perpetrator will be asked to leave the premises immediately and not return. Any adult 17+ years or older who asks a minor 16 years old or under for phone number, social media, email, or private information of any kind is violating this policy and will be removed from OGAC and not allowed to return.
Minors and their parents need to be aware that any consensual exchange of information without the parent's explicit approval will be a violation and they will be removed if there is an issue and OGAC is not responsible for any such communication between students that is inappropriate. Parents are encouraged to contact me immediately if there is an issue, as I am not a babysitter and their child is not my ward. I teach and watch the children closely, but expect teens to exhibit common sense. If they aren't able to, they don't need to be in my class or in this industry.
Classes are mixed, with adults and younger aged children, however, their parents are encouraged to stay in class or nearby, and children younger than 13 always present first and are then allowed to go home if their parents want them to in order to avoid hearing any scenes with adult content. My classes are small. 4-8 students max. every session. I have an eye on everyone, but I cannot catch everything, especially if there is nothing overt that I witness. I expect that parents communicate properly with their children/young adults often, and that the adults in class respect themselves and everyone.

Classes, workshops, visits and networking events are not auditions for employment or for obtaining a talent agent or talent manager. (Labor code 1703.1(b)) However, it's perfectly legal for you to mail a headshot.
